PollyWise is a market research platform that:

• Conducts quick opinion polls via WhatsApp Business API and Telegram Bot
• Provides instant cryptocurrency rewards for completed surveys
• Matches users with relevant polls based on demographics
• Facilitates payments through USDC on Base network
• Operates as a legitimate market research service under UK law
• Provides data insights to research clients in aggregated, anonymized form

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Users between 16-17 may use the service with awareness that parental consent may be required in some jurisdictions under GDPR.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate demographic information including age, gender, and country. This information is essential for poll matching and service delivery. You have the right to update this information at any time by contacting us.

Platform Requirements

You must have either:

• A valid WhatsApp account and phone number, OR
• A valid Telegram account accessible via our @pollywise_bot

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your messaging platform account.

4. How the Service Works

Onboarding Process

Via WhatsApp:

1. Message our WhatsApp Business number with "START"
2. Complete demographic profile (age, gender, country)
3. Begin receiving matched poll invitations
4. Complete polls to earn rewards
5. Provide USDC wallet address for payments

Via Telegram:

1. Find and start @pollywise_bot on Telegram
2. Share your contact information or provide phone number
3. Complete demographic profile (age, gender, country)
4. Begin receiving matched poll invitations
5. Complete polls to earn USDC rewards
6. Reuse wallet addresses for seamless payments

Poll Participation

• Polls are sent based on your demographic profile and availability
• Each poll typically takes 30-90 seconds to complete
• You can receive multiple polls per day based on availability
• Participation in each poll is voluntary
• You must answer all questions to receive rewards
• Rewards are paid in USDC equivalent amounts

5. Rewards and Payments

Reward Structure

• Rewards are paid in USDC per completed poll
• Reward amounts are displayed before starting each poll
• Rewards are earned only upon complete poll submission
• Partial completions do not qualify for rewards
• Reward amounts may vary based on survey complexity and length

Payment Methods

We currently support:

• USDC on Base Network: Instant payments to your Base-compatible wallet address
• Wallet addresses can be reused for multiple surveys for seamless payment experience
• Payments are processed automatically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed automatically upon poll completion
• You must provide a valid Base network USDC wallet address
• Payment failures may result in retry attempts
• Unclaimed rewards may expire after 90 days
• We are not responsible for incorrect payment addresses
• Network fees (if any) are covered by PollyWise

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Honest Participation

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate responses to polls
• Maintain accurate demographic information
• Not create multiple accounts
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Not share or sell your account access
• Respect rate limits (maximum 50 messages per minute)

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate or game the reward system
• Provide false demographic information
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems

7. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection

As a UK-based company, we comply with UK GDPR and provide the following rights to all users:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with 30 days' notice to users where reasonably possible.

9. Account Termination

Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Sending "STOP" to our WhatsApp number
• Sending "STOP" to our Telegram bot

• Requesting account deletion through our support team

Involuntary Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Remain inactive for extended periods (over 2 years)
• Violate rate limits or attempt to abuse the system

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Specific reward amounts or payment timing
• Availability of polls or surveys
• Compatibility with third-party services
• Uninterrupted access to WhatsApp or Telegram platforms

Cryptocurrency Disclaimers

USDC and cryptocurrency payments involve inherent risks. We are not responsible for:

• USDC price fluctuations relative to USD
• Base network fees or congestion
• Failed transactions due to network issues
• Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses
• Changes in cryptocurrency regulations

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount of rewards paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PollyWise Ltd., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
